「The room is large enough but is not very clean. The wifi is limited in the area of the lobby and the first floor, not very convenient. The location is very close to the city centre and the station. It is very convenient. It is very good that the free car park can be provided.」

「Centrally located in the village of Kippen views from lounge were superb. Cottage is very comfortable and well equipped. Kippen is a great village has a Mini Supermarket and two pubs both serving good food. If you are visiting the Homeland as we were Kippen is a great location for motorway to Glasgow and Edinburgh and Fife. Our only criticism was the weather which Kippen or the cottage has no control over!」
