- Report Stains Promptly: If any accidents occur, please inform us immediately and specify the nature of the stain. This allows us to treat it correctly and effectively. Should a spillage or stain occur during your stay, we can provide replacement linen for you to ensure prompt treatment, which is the best way to quickly remove the stain and avoid the need to charge for replacing the linen. There will be a small charge to cover the time of our cleaning team to deliver the replacement linen to you.

- Replacement Policy: In the unfortunate event that a stain cannot be removed, we may need to charge for replacing the affected linen or towels. We genuinely hope to avoid this, as we strive to keep our standard of quality for all our guests.
