“We have stayed in Merlin previously and this time we stayed in Buzzard, great place, amazing views, very warm and friendly hosts. Thank you, Alison and Matthew!! ”

“Centrally located in the village of Kippen views from lounge were superb. Cottage is very comfortable and well equipped. Kippen is a great village has a Mini Supermarket and two pubs both serving good food. If you are visiting the Homeland as we were Kippen is a great location for motorway to Glasgow and Edinburgh and Fife. Our only criticism was the weather which Kippen or the cottage has no control over!”
