"I reserved a regular room, but was given an accessible one. The bathroom was tired and there was water damage on the door, but the room was nice, overall, outside of the massive spider that greeted us upon arrival (we caught it and threw it out the window). Staff was indifferent to any questions or concerns regarding the room."
