"We LOVED Ocean’s Edge and had the best stay. We really appreciated how our VIP hotels.com welcome beverage was a generous cocktail, and not the beer/wine/champagne most other hotels offer. The food at both the breakfast cafe and the dinner restaurant was spectacular—some of the best fish we have ever had! The shuttle driver departed the hotel early so we missed it, but the hotel rectified this and it did not detract from our overall stay. Thank you Ocean’s Edge!! "

"The only reason why I gave the property a rating of four for the staff and services was for the services available not the staff.. the staff was awesome but the services they offered.. kayaking.. golf cart rentals and bikes was not available are whole stay"

"Amazing property only outdone by the top notch staff. We have always stayed at the pier house until this trip and after thinking our standards would never be surpassed the hyatt proved us wrong. From the welcome drink, amazing bartenders at the blue mojito, top notch front desk regrading all of our requests, even taking care of our bags and lining taxi's up for our travels home. Thank you for an outstanding stay! "

"Location couldn’t be better but the place is in need of renovation. Also the sliding barn door for the bathroom is heavy, hard to maneuver and doesn’t provide total privacy. "
