“It is a nice place to unwind. It was well equipped. We were able to use the grill and outdoor areas. Great river access with kayaks and fishing. The only draw back was the house next door. Very noisy even after quiet hours. Overall it was a great place for family. ”

“Following the gravel road turn off for a mile, we drove slowly past deer grazing in a 500+-acre hay field edging a canal. We turned into a wooded area passing more deer. We arrived at the 3-bedroom A frame, opened the backdoor via code, and stepped into a hunters' retreat. The master bedroom downstairs was tastefully decorated, and the two bedrooms upstairs were delightful. A covered side porch offers comfortable couch and chair seating. “The home was everything I expected itnto be and more. The home is well equipped for guests. Our family included 6 adults and 4 kids, and our dog. The home was large enough for everyone to have their own space. And it close to the New Braunsful area and all its offerings. ”

Leaking fridge, broken dishwasher, moldy shower curtain, clogged drains and water outages several days in a row so we could not flush toilets or clean after cooking. The walls were filthy around high touch areas and in the breakfast nook. Rooms were pretty clean but we found 2-3 giant, roach carcasses every day all around the house. The beds were comfy but the primary suite bed frame is metal so it squeaks every time you move. No access to any sort……
