Villa Solsken is a spacious and elegantly designed home, spread over two floors, offering the perfect balance between open social areas and private retreat spaces. Throughout the house, Scandinavian design furniture enhances the interiors, blending style with comfort to create a modern yet inviting atmosphere.

On the ground floor, the open-plan living area seamlessly combines the kitchen, dining space, and living room, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The kitchen features a stylish island with bar stools, perfect for casual dining or socializing while cooking. A large dining table for eight sits at the heart of the space, making it ideal for shared meals. Adjacent to the dining area, the living room offers a cozy fireplace and a comfortable seating area facing a 65-inch TV, perfect for relaxation.

Separate from the open living space, the TV/Gaming room provides a dedicated entertainment zone, featuring a 55-inch TV and Sonos surround sound, creating the perfect spot for movie nights or gaming sessions. This room can also be set up as a fifth bedroom, with a high-quality inflatable queen-sized bed available upon request. A guest toilet is also conveniently located on this floor.

The second floor hosts all the bedrooms and two bathrooms, offering a peaceful retreat from the social areas downstairs.

The master bedroom is equipped with a king-sized bed and a luxurious en-suite bathroom featuring a freestanding bathtub, a spacious sauna, and a shower.
The second bedroom features a comfortable king-sized bed and a dedicated working desk, ideal for remote work or quiet study.
The third bedroom is a charming children's room with a single bed (80x180 cm).
The fourth bedroom is designed for flexibility, offering either a crib or a single bed.
An optional fifth bedroom can be arranged in the TV/Gaming room, with a high-quality inflatable queen-sized bed upon request.
