They are in the middle of remodeling but we were not bothered by it. We were lucky enough to get a newly renovated room. It was very nice. They could use more space in the bathroom. Maybe a shelve under the sink or on the wall. The staff was very nice & took care of anything we needed.

Was fine for a city break where you don’t spend much time in the room, had everything we needed and staff helpful on reception. Breakfast was great!!! And packed breakfasts on departure day was also lovely! They are undergoing renovations which was fine, but was started after we booked with no notification, so when we check back online a few months later found out, inside the hotel wasn’t an issue, the deliveries however outside were from 6:30am onwards, and with the air con being centrally controlled we had to have the window open as had a toddler and didn’t want it on all the time, so was a little noisy, near a park which is great but worth noting quite busy in the evenings around the junction at the front with revellers, overall did the job and was pleasant to stay in with brilliant breakfasts.

Staying at a hotel should mean being comfortable, clean, comfortable bed, silent. All of this means nothing if the temperature in the room is freezing. The room was colder than outside. No way to control the temperature, they had instructions to call the reception for temperature adjustments, so I did multiple times but no adjustments were made. Their heating system is non existent and a laugh in the face when trying to simply get a comfortable temperature. My wife got sick due to this low temperature and when I mentioned this on checkout, the woman behind me also came forward to say the same thing. Paying almost 2000kr to be uncomfortable is laughable, would have been better to stay at a hostel. Not coming back here, you need to do better.

A bit of a disappointment that the bar was closed. Having to go for a walk in a freezing Stockholm when we wanted a little nightcap was not really enjoyable. Generally - this hotel was great in the past, but now it feels quite dated.
