"Breakfast excellent. Hotel in general good. Room awful! No main ceiling light, no air con (was boiling in April and the weather wasn’t actually that warm!) no proper wardrobe. Hardly any storage. No cleaning during our 3-night stay! Had to ask for toilet roll and towels. Wouldn’t book again because of room! "

"Exec rooms with lounge access was ok. Air con in room not great and cleanliness could have been better. Standards in lounge furniture poor, some fabric on chairs ripped and worn and food selection not great"
