Wonderful stay at Port Place

Our stay at Port Place was very enjoyable. The home was well furnished and exactly as advertised. It was in a very nice location convenient to stores and restaurants. The pool and hot tub were an added bonus. The host was very responsive. Definitely would like to stay there when we next visit Lodi.

House was wonderful. They need to get the pool/hot tub working correctly. When we got there, the pool was at about 104 in the hot tub was probably at about 100. They did come out and look at it as soon as they could and then the pool was pool temperature after a couple of days in the hot tub was hot however, then the filter wasn’t working in the pool was dirty.Once they get their new heat system set properly for the pool and hot tub I would give it five stars

The house has a great open layout! The patio is a great place to hangout and the pool is really fun. The neighborhood is very quiet and easy to navigate. Would definitely stay again

We had a great time at Port Place for the long weekend, we enjoyed the pool and the kitchen with everything we needed to make dinners at the house. We initially had an issue with the thermostat having an unknown PIN, but the property manager helped sort it out quickly.

Good Communication

The house is in a good neighborhood. The beds were comfortable as well as the living space. The property manager was quick to stop by when we noticed that some supplies were missing. The pool and hot tub took a bit to clean up and get ready to use but we figured it out (the little robot in the pool was non-responsive until my husband fixed it). We noticed at a later date, it looked like a pool person came by to clean, which was nice. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!

Great home, hot tub didn’t work, minimal communication

The place itself is well stocked and set up impeccably well. Unfortunately, the hot tub was completely not working, despite multiple attempts and directly following the directions given. Moreover, I was required to sign a document saying that I couldn’t receive a partial refund for the advertised hot tub not working. I had to leave early, family emergency, and contacted through the VRBO app to explain the situation, only to be ignored and not hear back at all.
