Great House, CAMERAS, CAMERAS, Cameras & noisy Neighborhood
As my business does a lot of travel, we rent lots of vacation houses yearly. This house is very cute, Modern and the heater warms up the entire house quickly as we return from the cold California November season after a long day of work. The beds are great and comfy. Unfortunately, There are pros and cons. PROS: 1. Host responds quickly and very responsive. Even during 1am - 2am when I did a noise complaint. See "Cons" for detail. 2. House is very comfy. 3. Large rooms, Large comfortable beds. CONS: 1. Woken by an annoying Door Bell Like sound ALL NIGHT. It would run then pause for a few minutes. Just about when you are reaching the sleep point, it goes on again. Me and my workers and family members lost nearly 5 hours of sleep. We couldn't sleep. Though it isn't the host fault, I am sure it is not a great house to be used as a vacation rental due to all of the sleep the guests will loose. Unless if the customers are deep sleepers. 2. Neighbor dog barks a lot when you try to enjoy the hot tub. 3. CAMERAS EVERYWHERE. The owner did say it records 24-7. So be prepared to have someone watch you shirtless or in undies walking in the camera area. A total of 4 (four) cameras spotted. One as Ring Door Bell, One as Driveway, One as Backyard, One IN THE GARAGE. Two ways to get to the backyard with the Hot tub. Through the Garage or the Master room. Therefore, My employees (Majority of females) did not get to enjoy the Hot Tub because they feel being watched.

Great stay for UOP Graduation
Stayed with family for daughter’s graduation from the University of the Pacific. Eight minutes from campus, plenty of space to gather and visit at this newly remodeled property. Responsive hosts. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience!! Thank you Rashad!!

The property was very clean and organized. Very clear check-in and check-out instructions. I like how the furniture were minimalist and did not have any open shelves/cabinets whatsoever. We were traveling with 2 little ones and that was a big plus. The property is located next to a country club, and a very quiet neighborhood. If you're looking for a place to recover from a long day of activities I highly recommend this place.

Perfect for Family Getaway
We enjoyed our weekend. The home has been updated and is clean. We had family of adults and kids and the home fit us perfectly for the stay. Kitchen is well stocked for cooking, the back patio is great for relaxing and we simply enjoyed the home overall. I have stayed in several vacation rental homes, and I was very impressed with the quick response that we received from the owner. I would be Happy to stay again!
