The room that they asign it didnt work the light from the beds ,the door from the bathroom it didnt close and we didnt have no tówels i went to front desk to ask for towels they were giving me the hands towels to dry our hands they didnt have big towels they said they will bring them to the room,then a told wat was going on in the room so they change us to another room then we got there on wednesday and left on saturday and no body came to clean or to bring towels or toilet paper,when I reserve the pictures look everything clean , beutiful ,big beds i ask for a queen bed and when we got there so disapointed never will reserve back on this place again very bad impresión and expiriance 12/31/25— 01/03/26 visit from L.A. It would be hard to imagine a more awful motel. The bed was hard as rock, the hot water was almost non-existent, the sink in the bathroom and the shower did not work properly. I would be embarrassed to own or run taste like this.

I was welcomed by Mayra and she has phenomenal customer service skills. She’s attentive, shows great interest in the customer, and make sure that I was completely satisfied with my room. It is people like Mayra that makes me want to visit super eight regularly whenever I am in Tracy. She is a good role model and my recommendation is that you use her to train front desk staff. I will be back again and again.

Horrible service when we arrived. Person at the desk looked so annoyed. We did get in at 9pm and were tired. The room smelled so bad. Went to wash our hands and the sink had no faucet handle, had to wash our hands in the shower. Constant noise all night long. The room walls are so thin you can hear everything. Checked out a day early because it was so bad. Asked to cancel the night, but the person receptionist said she was going to charge us for the night anyways. I told her about the faucet missing a handle and then she blamed me for not telling them the previous day, when we got in late and was gone all day. Completely rude. Stay away from this place!

Yuck!

I arrived at 11:30pm after driving 6 hours with 2 small children. I had reserved a room 9 hour prior to my arrival. The front desk lady was super nice and pleasant. She put us in a double room. It was NOT cleaned. Hair in the sink, used bars of soap, dirty towels everywhere. I went to the front desk and the lady spent the next 10 minutes trying to find us a clean room. Every single room was marked “dirty” We ended up walking door to door and looking in rooms to find one that was actually cleaned. After we found a clean room, we spent the next 15 minutes going back and forth to the office hoping our key would work because it definitely did not. The front desk lady finally had to let us in with a master key and said if we needed back in for any reason that we would need to be let it. Our room was “clean”, bare and very lack luster. The beds were very uncomfortable. No fridge, we had 2 towels for 4 people. We also only had 2 pillows for 4 people. We were told that the motel was out of pillows. Front office lady told us that the hotel was out of pretty much anything because people steal their stuff. I found a bag of drugs outside next to my car the next morning. The breakfast was prepackaged mini blueberry muffins. 1 per person. Not healthy, clean or safe. Don’t think about using the pool, looks like a pond.
