“Casa Baba is a beautiful oasis retreat, it’s quiet, private and deeply peaceful. Swimming in the pool in the evening surrounded by a mature tropical garden was magical. The property is on a hill, so there is a little bit of a climb to go up stairs to the room. But everything is very well lit and manageable. The view is set back from the sea, but the city view is impressive. Communication with the host was easy and we deeply enjoyed all of the incredible restaurants just blocks away... It was……

“El lugar demasiado limpio y lindo, te sientes como en casa porque es pequeño y acogedor. Solo que si necesitas llevar lo que vayas a comer o tomar porque hay pocas opciones. También algo muy lamentable es que se escucha TODO el ruido de las demás habitaciones o de quienes estén en la alberca, no tiene insonorización por lo que descansar resulta un poco complicado por el día ”

“If you’re debating staying here just book it! We spent one week here and it was incredible. We stayed in the junior king suite. Our room was clean and had everything we needed. It’s close to the Main Street in la Punta but away from all the hustle and bustle. Staff were friendly and so helpful. Eric made us coffee and breakfast every morning-delicious. Didn’t even have to leave the property. I messaged the front desk in the lobby and they responded in seconds. I wouldn’t stay any where else.……

“The location was great. There's no paved path/road. The road was a combination of dirt, rocks and sand. The breakfast just consists of toasted bread, jam, coffee and fruits. Overall hotel was in excellent condition and clean. The staff was helpful. Thank you Monica and Stephanie. ”

“The front desk staff are amazing. It's a well kept property, with an epic rooftop restaurant, patio and pool. Great for sunsets and also daytime shade. Right on the beach for easy access, and they have palapas to relax under. The downside was they play loud music on the beach most of the day. La Punta is a busy place, so lots of music at night everywhere.”

“Casa Toro was a great stay. The pool was perfect after a hot morning out exploring. The staff was attentive and kind, had one mishap where we thought we had transportation scheduled for early morning transport to dolphin tour but a ride never showed up, thankfully we were able to pivot and get to our destination on time, otherwise all other travel arrangements went as planned. I think it’s important to mention that in order to use the sauna and cold plunge you have to pay extra, not much but……

“This was a very nice stay and the room suite had great qualities. Unfortunately, there wasn't a way to fully close any of the doors or windows and so all of the constant noise from animals, partying, and construction around the hotel were impossible to escape even when trying to sleep. The bathroom also only had shutter windows into the suite with no other light or ventilation which meant no privacy. The hotel itself was fine but minimal with cleaning, but only a free coffee nespresso pod……
