May long weekend 2025

We were a group of eight and we all enjoyed our weekend at this beautiful country house. It's located in a nice quiet area. It is very well equipped and had everything we needed and much more.We did not have any issues. We went for a short drive to the Loyalist Trading Co. to see the goats on the roof (well worth the drive).

The house was amazing, with a beautiful and well-supplied kitchen, lots of space, activities and toys for kids, etc. The air conditioning was really great and a huge reprieve from the heat wave we were experiencing. A lovely stay, and hope to stay there again when in the area.

Stayed here with friends to cycle in the area. We loved that we could cycle right from the house without driving first. House was very clean with good amenities. Very spacious for a small group. We enjoyed the screened in porch. Jeff was very quick to respond to questions and we appreciated his flexibility with the checkout time.

A perfect getaway for a family vacation!

We stayed at the Blue House in July while we were visiting Gananoque. The house was very clean and well-maintained. The kids had a lot of fun with all the board games and toys. The campfire was splendid. All appliances and tools were provided. Jeff was a great host and we were able to communicate anytime. Would definitely visit again another time! Highly recommended for a nice, quite and enjoyable family vacation!

Lovely special getaway

Great host. Lovely to have 5 choices of main floor areas to be in (2 sunrooms, 2 sitting rooms , and large kitchen/dinner). We walked in and felt immediately at home. Bedrooms were spacious, well appointed and comfortable. Thanks Jeff!

Wonderful host.

Jeffrey is gracious and kind and his property is well kept and spacious. Lovely private surroundings nestled between old hardwood trees and farmlands.
