“Self-parking wasn’t an option, so valet parking was our only choice, and the experience was horrible. We waited over 15 minutes in a line of cars just to get valet assistance. We were already registered hotel guests who had checked in the night before, so returning to the hotel after an event and having to wait that long for valet service was unacceptable. The valet service was extremely disappointing and needs significant improvement.”

“Stayed in the hotel for four nights, cleaning and replacing the towels have a bad smell, the same two towels one with a no, the same water has the same problem, a smell of detergent, unopened, shower spray, separate hand-held is bad can not be used, the room is abnormally dry and temperature does not matter, a layer of ash visible to the naked eye on the bed cabinet, the daily parking pick-up staff shortage, the morning to go to the car parking are time-consuming 10 minutes or so”
