It's an adorable home with good juju that is only a few minutes walk to the heart of Phoenicia, including the lovely Esopus Creek, of which we provided a photo. We greatly appreciated the comfortable bed, as well as the sauna in the wellness room, and communication with the host was always clear and quick. Although we didn't cook much, the kitchen is thoughtfully appointed; we enjoyed the delicious coffee from the Nescafe……

“Communication was very good. For the most part, we had an enjoyable stay. There were a couple of deficiencies during our five nights. We were unable to regulate the temperature in the kitchen/living room area, even though we set the thermostat to 80. The temperature never warmed up and it felt quite chilly but we managed.
