After a long 6.5 hour trip from California I was exhausted at check-in, and one front desk staff employee in particular, Andrea (Annie) was a sweetheart, and went above and beyond, by assisting me bringing things to my room. “We have stayed at this Holiday Inn probably10 times or more. The staff is always so friendly, welcoming and professional. Rooms are clean and beds comfortable. The free breakfast provided is a hot breakfast with several dishes. Pancakes or waffles are available along with cold cereal or hot oatmeal.
