「A wonderful stay at The Reach for my husband’s birthday. We come to Manchester from Birmingham 3/4 times a year and this is the first time we’ve stayed at this hotel. My husband and I have both said multiple times over the weekend that we will stay at this hotel every time now…it was fantastic on every level. 「I was quite happy with the service in this hotel, the assistant manager was really helpful and friendly. I read some comments complaining about the breakfast and rooms condition, i guess it is not fair as we are not paying high amount of it so shouldn't expect extremely high. The breakfast was delicious just my room was a bit old but it's a village hotel, so it's much better than i expected. Btw, the pool was quite full so maybe not worth it if you have to pay extra for the entry. Anyway in...

After communication with the reception staff at 2am, he checked us into another room immediately. Really appreciate his efficiency as it was already very late. Had a comfortable stay!」
