「The "hotel" in some respects was reasonable (vehicle parking, visual appearance, and the room itself), but did not justify the name of hotel. The property offered no facilities for an evening meal (and even the nearest dining facilities {more than half a mile away} was closing down at the end of the day we were there and only offered a limited menu on that day). 「We stayed 2 nights with our dog during a tour of the Rutland area and further afield. We were really impressed by the hotel - great location, friendly and helpful staff, lovely walks locally, well maintained facilities, lots of spaces for chilling out, lovely food and welcoming of our dog in all locations. We had a lovely stay and this hotel is high on our list for a return, perhaps without our dog so we can use the spa facilities! The only slight negatives were that the room looked a little...

「We had emailed the hotel three times before our arrival to book a table in the restaurant and received no reply. Upon arriving at the hotel we were told that the restaurant was fully booked and that we could eat in the bar until 9pm. Unfortunately this message was given to many other patrons and the bar was overflowing with people trying to find seats and order food. A group already sat at a table said we could have their table as it was obvious there was no chance of getting served. We...
