“Perfect location, all the amenities , so clean ! ( suggest leaving a few coffee pods so when guests arrive they know what to purchase ) We found the location central to everything and loved the deck for morning coffee & evening relaxation. The hosting company was accessible & responsive at all times.We felt safe & well looked after. we were 4 people & had more than enough room. Just a wonderful trip, thanks for sharing.”

“Paint on floors, some outlets did not work, oven could not be used as it was missing necessary grate. The water pressure in one of the showers was very weak. The place was clean and new but just didn’t deliver expectations. For the beautiful kitchen it was disappointing not to be able to cook food other than microwave. ”

We loved the location...very close to town, but also out in the country allowing us to enjoy the stars at night. Fabulous kitchen, too. And, we loved the hot tub! “The hot tub was great! Coffee so so. My husband gets up @ 6am. Me @ 8 a keurig is much more user friendly when only 2 c of coffee are needed. Nice & quiet but still close enough to town. Disappointed there was a burn ban so no fire pit. We understand burn bans as we are E. Texans. But since it has been in effect since Oct. 14 I feel it should have been stated in your description. We were looking forward to sitting outside. Oh well…….”

“Keep looking. The floors were gritty and sticky, the home was moldy, the toilet area was dirty, the shower—rain head with fire hydrant pressure, bed sheets…sandpaper at best, and the bed hard and squeaky. I received a text from management company the day before our stay informing me the spa was out of order but because they have a no return policy wasn’t much I could do about it. Once arriving at the property it was obvious the spa hadn’t been in working order in years. They say there is……
