「Room was not cleaned on my second day but other than that I had a great stay . 」

「Check in took a very long time. Staff seemed confused and struggled with the computer. Upon check out, I realized that I left some clothes hanging in the closet in the room. I messaged the hotel. No response. I called the hotel, he took my info and said he'd call back. That was five days ago-no response. For me the mattress and pillows can make or break a hotel experience, and although this hotel was about average in most ways, the bed was truly the most uncomfortable bed I've ever slept in. I...

「There’s roaches. Staff didn’t offer to give me a new room when I told them twice about it. The room and hotel itself is overall dirty/not clean. Service was ok. Asked for new sheets the first night, staff handed me the sheets for me to swap out myself- didn’t expect that either… They offered to just spray my room down with bug spray after I told them about the roaches the second time. Will not be going back.」

「The price was affordable and near a lot of shopping and restaurant options. There were no amenities. You had to wash your own rags and towels. No toiletries only two tiny hand soaps. No kitchen equipment at all. No pots, nothing and, silverware or plates. Couldn’t use the kitchen. room was worn down. the outside door kept being slammed all through the night.」
