“We had a wonderful stay. The house was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the hot tub was needed after the full days of hiking and bike riding through Acadia. The kitchen was very well appointed, although we never cooked dinner as we enjoyed the Bar Harbor restaurants - More local to the house, be sure to check out the Sea Ketch restaurant… it was delicious. We were only home for one sunset, but it was lovely. Also we highly recommend sailing out on the schooner Margaret Todd, a Cessna flight……

“The cabin is even better than advertised. Every time we turned around we were impressed with things we weren’t expecting to find. Very well stocked kitchen, amazing views from the shore and dock, plenty of activities to do just at the house. Tim, the host, is very quick to respond, super nice and accommodating. It is a very nice central location to everything you want to do on MDI. We absolutely loved our stay!!”

“This was the PERFECT spot for my family and I to stay while exchanging vows in Acadia. The host was very easy to communicate with. The house was everything we needed but the best part was the privacy. It’s completely hidden off of the road and no neighbors on top of you. Deer came to visit us every day which elevated the experience. We had my 15 month old son with us and the house was very accommodating for him too. A few constructive criticism comments would make the stay perfect! we didn’t get checkin instructions so had to sit in driveway for 30 min calling and texting the homeowners to get code. The basement had a very strong chemical smell (recently cleaned carpets?) so we didn’t use the Bsmt bedrooms. No garbage bags or toilet paper but they dropped some off after requesting.
