Each time she clarified things for him quickly and very nicely even telling him she could come right over if he needed further assistance. Her Cottage House was very clean and nicely furnished. She provided three hide-s-beds, a beautiful washer and dryer, hair blower, nice electric stove, small microwave, ery clean refrigerator, private bedroom with a comfortable queen-sized bed. Their systematic attention to guest comfort has been evident in upgrades to individual rooms, the expansion of television channels, and regular maintenance of the property. You can pay more at one of the other properties in Storm Lake, but you won't find friendlier staff or a more comfortable (and quieter) room. Stay here and treat yourself.”
