Guys getaway

Great spot to call home while visiting breweries and local shops. Clean space and quiet. Plenty of beds and sufficient supplies and amenities to accommodate a guys weekend away. Walking distance (with elevation) from local late night watering hole.

This was a well kept space where the hosts made every effort to provide everything you would need to have a comfortable stay. There were plenty of towels, paper goods, dishes, pans and kitchen needs. There even is a washer/dryer combo in the unit. There is a large deck with a great view. We enjoyed being there.

Comfy stay in stowe

Good location, convenient to the ski areas and downtown. Property is clean and well-maintained, and temperature control was fine. Neighbors are quiet and respectful. Kitchen is well-equipped and has modern appliances. The negatives included: limited hot water in the bathrooms, during our visit the water was not drinkable or usable for cooking given county order (mitigated in part by plenty of water made available by host), and parking outside was restricted given construction requiring a not so fun 100 yard walk uphill to the unit. Unit would also benefit from more instructions, as we also had trouble finding the lock box for the unit given darkness at check in time, and there were no check out instructions at the property. Without these temporary issues would have been a four-star review.

This is great!

I love this property, well located, clean, comfy however, the reason for only 3 stars overall was the showers... one of them never had hot water, the other one, could not be regulated to decent temperature and was burning hot... we managed and figured that for 2 days, we can manage but it was an inconvenience, I called the Vacasa so it will be fixed for the next guest... hopefully they get it done

Nice, but…

The location is great, and the condo well appointed. For those that care, cookware was much better than is usually provided at rentals. Also made use of the kitchen herbs growing on the back porch. The shared pool an hot tub were nice. But… there really isn’t much water pressure, especially in the master bathroom. Hot water is slow in coming (10 or 15 minutes) and fleeting. This has been mentioned by several other reviewers, so I was mentally prepared. It did make getting a full, warm shower at the next place we stayed really enjoyable.

Very Unhappy

Primary bathroom had a hole in the wall of the shower, making it unusable. The pullout sofa was broken, so we did not have sleeping for 8 as the listing stated. The unit was not cleaned properly. Communication with Vacasa was awful. I would never rent with them again.

Excellent stay! Highly recommend!

We had a GREAT stay in this unit for a 4 day VT getaway (2 adults and 2 kids - ages 6 and 9). The location is close to it all but tucked away to feel private. Beware of bears!!! There was a bear next to our car just as soon as we finished unpacking - made for a cool "VT Moment." Indoor pool was clean and just a walk up the hill - kids were crushed we couldn't swim the first night because we got there after the front office closed (you get the code there) but they made up for it in future days. I loved the front covered porch - great relief from the heat! There were several fans available and minisplit system kept the whole place cool and comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked (though counter space was slim) and appliances all worked great. Took a few mins to call up hot water but once it came temp was perfect for showers! Unit was clean and well organized. It is advertised to have games and cards but there were only a few puzzles. My kids were pretty bummed because we didn't bring any games for that reason but there's so much do to in Stowe it all worked out! Primary bed is super comfortable, plenty of room for us all. I think next year we'll head to another location in VT but I've already recommended this place to some friends!
