The studio itself was fine, exactly as expected, except for the mattress, which needs to be replaced. It is so soft you could practically fall off the bed.
The resort is clearly suffering from COVID shortages of experienced staff. Front desk, restaurant, and valet staff were overwhelmed, inexperienced, and uninformed, although friendly and trying to do their best. There is not enough food on premises to deal with the number of guests, and the quality is way below par for a resort of this caliber. The obligatory valet parking is a problem at peak hours when everyone needs to go off premises for dinner reservations. The physical setting is lovely and the atmosphere is very nice, but this resort needs much better management and operations.
