“Beliggenheten var perfekt, med gåavstand til det meste. Rommet var stort, moderne og rent. Jeg spurte om det var mulig å få badekar, og fikk både badekar og balkong. De ansatte var veldig hyggelige! Hadde sauna for meg selv, som besto av to badstuer og en dusj. Jeg nevnte bare tidspunkt på kvelden, og de varmet den opp til meg. Ved utsjekk fikk jeg sette igjen bagasjen i et låst rom, og hentet ut senere på dagen. De ryddet også rommet mitt, selv om jeg hang opp lappen på ettermiddagen. Eneste……

“Het hotel zat tussen het oude centrum en de Joodse wijk in. Alles was op korte afstand. Kamer was schoon en het ontbijt was prima.”

“Our stay at The Palace was great and we highly recommend it! The location was ideal - just outside of old town in a quiet and safe area while still being just a short walk to both old town and the castle. The 2 bedroom apartment was perfect for the 5 of us. It was very clean, modern, and well appointed inside. We were also pleasantly surprised to find an elevator in the building. We highly recommend the restaurant next door to the entrance for breakfast as well!”

“Good central location, we had room 26 which overlooks the park, the noise of trams and traffic was a bit disturbing, so we got earplugs. Beds were comfortable and shower was nice. To be fair we didn’t spend alot of time in the room, staff were helpful, there’s a kettle and coffee, tea and sugar. There’s a shop just up the road where you can get milk. The onsite cafe was ok. There’s so many great places to eat etc…… If your going to the main square be prepared for the price.”

“Location is so good! It only take around 10 mins to go Old Town by foot.However, the facility inside the room is worn. The shower door couldn’t close properly. And the bathroom light was flashing. The room is clean but will be glad if daily cleaning service can be provided. Room is suspicious with basic equipments. And the room’s sound proof is soso. You can hear people’s voice from other room easily.”

“Location was great, very close to Wawel castle. The room was clean and looked brand new. The entrance is discrete - Easy to miss. I wouldn't be surprised if we were the first to stay in this room as everything looked and smelled brand new. Unfortunately, probably my mistake, I was not aware there was no lift, which made the 3 flights of stairs to our room with luggage quite difficult. Additionally, workers were in the middle of tiling the main entrance - half tiled upon arrival and wet mud and……

“The room was super dirty and it wasn’t the same room that I booked, they gave us tiny little dark closet with no amenities, towels was gray and looked old, carpet on the floor was smelly, the went in the bathroom was dirty and moldy, the soap dispenser was disgusting. The sauna looked much different from the listing, everything was really really old and dirty I paid for this almost 100$ per night, there is a lot of inns that cost less and surely are better I have a feeling like the pictures……

“Room and property were excellent very close walking distance to most tourist attractions and bus pick up for Auschwitz. Things to note, there is no Air Conditioning, while normally this might not be an issue we went during the hottest heat wave ever in Europe so it would have been nice to have but the room is in an older building so not sure if it is allowed. There was a fan and it does cool down somewhat at night and with it being on a not so busy road leaving the windows open was not a……

“Room was very clean, had a washing machine and kitchen as well as a small sitting area. Great location 5 minute walk from Wawel castle and close to shopping and restaurants. A little tricky to find but well worth the stay. Apartment could have used blackout curtains as the sun comes up very early in the summer.”

“They had two bathrooms in 2 bed apartment which was superb. Balcony was nice to have some tea. The mattress was soooooo soft that it was impossible for me to sleep, i had to sleep on the sofa bed. They charged quite costly cleaning fee and it seemed like they didn't clean it thoroughly. We wiped the floors as we were picking up our hair and there was so much dust. ”
