I am pleased to read you enjoyed your overall stay with us! I agree its convenient being able to walk downtown and visit all the wonderful shops and restaurants without driving. I am sorry to hear you had trouble with the television, that’s odd because we do have cable and casting. Our tv remote allows you to switch to and from allowing guest to watch their favorite tv/ movies on Netflix’s along with cable. I hope this doesn’t hinder your overall stay with us and would love to welcome you back another time!

I am disappointed to hear that the room was up to your typical cleanliness standard, that’s not acceptable and I apologize for that. Sorry to hear Nespresso isn't your coffee of choice, on the main floor our restaurant is happy able to serve you regular coffee instead weekdays 8AM-11AM and weekends 9AM-11AM.
