At the River Merchant Inn & Spa, your 1000 sq ft beautifully decorated and fully furnished private retreat is on the bank of the picturesque Avon River. This full size 2 bedroom apartment is a historical experience describing, with archive pictures and rare music memorabilia, the original uses of this unique downtown building beginning in 1909 as the Heintzman Pipe & Piano Company. Upon 2018 restoration, this building was the winner of the 2018 James D Anderson Heritage Restoration Award. After a day of walking just steps from your door to any of the 3 Stratford Festival Theatres, and many riverside and downtown activities, relax in the elegant Modern Musical Glam decorating by the fireplace, listening to a selection vintage vinyl on the record player, unwind in the deep soaker bathtub, or re-energize at the attached Illume Spa.
