Unfortunately we were not able to stay in flat 9 as the bathroom door was locked from the inside when we arrived. There is no one on site to help. We were directed into another flat which was beautiful but not cleaned. We ended up in flat 3, which also was beautiful. The decor is gorgeous, the bed extremely comfortable. For the second day, we did not get the room refreshed although it was requested. We were able to get some fresh towels brought over. I was disappointed as I really had high hopes. I'm hoping someone will at least reach out to refund the difference in what I paid for flat 9 and the rate for flat 3.
