"Fantastic host. Lots of helpful info for dining options and how things work on Skye. Great literature for hikes, maps, etc. ice, mini fridge, microwave and utensils in case you buy takeout. Great conversation with the owner and others at breakfast (which had a huge variety of options) about what else to see in Scotland. On site parking. Definitely would stay again. "

"Just a great weekend stay all round! Sam couldn't do enough for us, always helpful and kind. The entry/check-in and our room was well organized and very clean. The inroom continental breakfast was very nice with a large assortment of items. The evening carrot cake was unexpected and delicious. The twin beds were adequate and the comforters kept us warm. Thank you Sam. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay."

"We had a fantastic stay at Taigh Duitseach in April 2024. Checking in was very easy, the property was lovely and clean, the breakfast was exceptional and lovingly cooked in front of us by Jim and Paulline who were very kind and welcoming. We were only on Skye for 72 hours so we'll definitely be coming back and would feel lucky to stay here again next time!"

"We were welcomed by an extremely happy and smiling host called Vicki providing lovely homemade muffins, fresh milk and juices in the fridge. We had an immaculate room and very modern bathroom which we found both were very comfortable. Vicki provided a lovely menu of starter and hot dishes which were beautifully and freshly cooked and brought to our room every morning timed at our request.
