“Di passaggio in una gita di tre giorni.
Bellissima struttura con personale molto preparato e gentile.
Non mi capitava da una vita (e 30/40 notti all’anno le passo in hotel…) di essere accompagnato in camera dai receptionist. Bravi!
Una piccola pecca. In fase di prenotazione non era scritto da nessuna parte che non era attivo il ristorante e siamo dovuti andare in centro a cena.

“Wonderful hotel. The staff is incredibly friendly. They assisted us since before we booked our stay (being from San Marino, we had issues with the Green Pass). The SPA is without a doubt one of the best I have seen. The location is also fantastic, just a short walk from the lift and train station. We will go back as soon as we can.”

“Sjarmerende og flott hotell!! Vi hadde vinterferien her. Hotellet kjører og henter gjestene til skiheisen med egen minibuss. Deilige hjemmebakte croissanter til frokost, flott basseng og sentral beliggenhet. Helt topp! ”

“Personalet er meget imødekommende og venlige. Hotellet er flot, fremstår nyrenoveret og meget pænt.
Især personalet - både i receptionen, rengøringen og i restauranten - skal have en ekstra stjerne for at være glade, interesserede og servicemindet.
