“Great studio close to the station, quiet, and a quick walk into city centre. Good restaurants on the next street, close to the wall if you want to walk. Bed was comfortable, shower good, and washer easy to use. 100% would stay again.”

“A lovely, clean and modern house, with everything we needed for our short stay. A 7 minute cab ride to the centre of York. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen and bathroom were spotlessly clean.Just a heads up - the bathroom is downstairs, which we didn't notice on the listing, so our fault not the host's, but just to mention in case anyone is concerned about having to go downstairs in the night for the loo!Would happily stay again.”

“This 2bed 2 bath suite on the top floor is tastefully designed and comfortably furnished. It is centrally located and a short walk to many attractions and the river. It is clean and beds were comfy. There are a myriad of eating options steps from the location including breakfast lunch and dinner. Although centrally located it was quiet especially at night. The host was easy to communicate with and was very responsive.”

“Overall, we had an okay stay, but I feel the property was overpriced for what it offered. The location was convenient, around a 30-minute walk or 25-minute bus journey into York city centre. Having on-site parking was a real bonus, as was the nearby supermarket. We also appreciated the baby gate on the stairs, and our children loved sleeping in the bunk beds. However, there were several issues that affected our stay. The property is advertised as a two-bedroom apartment, but in reality it has……

“Check in was accurate Price and location are good Amenities, poor: lists 2 bedrooms, the stairway to the second bedroom was tiny and spiral and hazardous to anyone with any disability No AC on the 4th floor is a health hazard with micky mouse fans One tiny shampoo bottle for 3 people for 3 nights. Flies in the apartment Washer and dryer not in the apt. One for the whole building. Used by housekeeper who left towels for 2 days in the washer”
