Clean hotel, I loved it. Loved the people and and the environment. The rooms were clean and I love the fact that they have a pool. What I didn’t like is the fridge so small that my 1,5 litre of water couldn’t enter

This hotel is in an absolutely spectacular location and is situated in beautifully kept gardens which include an stunning outdoor pool. However - we were extremely disappointed with our room. There was continuous, ongoing construction all around it and even within the ceiling space above our bathroom. Concrete dust was prevalent and air conditioning was not functional. Breakfast was not included in our room rate and at a cost of 25 Euros per person, it too was disappointing for this price.

Camere molto ma molto piccole e hotel molto ma molto deludente. Chiedo ad Expedia di verificare dove vengono sistemati i suoi clienti. Nella descrizione della camera sul vostro sito era indicata una superficie di 18 mq, le mie due camere erano veramente piccolissime appena di 12 mq. Il bagno era un BUCO con i servizi quasi sovrapposti. Un Grand Hotel che ha bagni di 1,10 x 2,00 metri, con annesse formiche che non è stato possibile eliminare. Per non palare del Wi-Fi a pagamento o del frigo vuoto. Le camere che mi sono state assegnate dovrebbero essere denunciate alle autorità per mancanza di norme di sicurezza, infatti la via di fuga, in caso di emergenze, era piana di ostacoli oltre a non esserci spazio a sufficienza, per correre, tra muro e letto. Mai visto un 4 stelle così, infatti nelle camere NON c'era nulla per attribuire le 4 stelle a questo hotel. Il costo giornaliero è stato MOOOOLTO elevato rispetto al servizio reso, io non ci ritornerò mai più e credo che non prenoterò più con Expedia, visto che le descrizioni sul vostro sito NON corrispondono alla realtà

Das Zimmer war bei der Ankunft nicht sauber geputzt worden. Wir reklamierten an der Rezeption, worauf uns geantwortet wurde „ Es waere ja auch nur ein Standardzimmer“, was uns fassungslos machte. Der Hoteltrakt, wo sich unser Zimmer befand, war ungepflegt und sehr laut. Das Fenster haben wir geschlossen gehalten, da von dort der Laerm, entweder durch eine laufende Pumpe oder eine Anlage die diesen hohen summenden Ton verursacht hat, hereindrang. Wir waren zwei Naechte dort und haetten bei einem laengeren Aufenthalt sicher auf ein anderes Zimmer gepocht.

Meget lav standard på værelserne

Det værelse vi blev tildelt, var slet ikke af samme standard som det fremgår af billederne når man bestiller opholdet. Pga. skrå vægge, så kunne jeg f.eks. ikke stå op i brusebadet og generelt lignede værelset noget som ikke var blevet opgraderet de sidste 30 år. Klinker på gulvet og meget kedelige møbler - slet ikke som det fremgår af billederne for den værelsestype. Det påpegede vi og fik i stedet nogle meget små værelser - så ikke hvad vi havde bestilt. Det skal dog siges, at morgenmaden var ok og at medarbejderne i receptionen var venlige. Det ændre sig ikke ved, at jeg ikke kan anbefale dette hotel

Das Hotel ist wunderschön gelegen am See. Nahe dem Zentrum. Das Zusatzbett war nicht sehr bequem. In der Badewanne unbedint Rutschmatten legen, da es sehr glitschig ist.
