Very close to congress palace and to city center, welcoming staff, the only problem is just one key per room (but you can solve this problem with the help of the staff)

Bon hôtel mais petit-déjeuner lamentable

Bonne localisation à l'entrée du centre-ville. Personnel très sympathique. Chambre rénovée, mais salle de bain très vieillotte qui aurait besoin d'un bon coup de neuf (mention spéciale au lavabo rose !) Gros point noir, le petit-déjeuner : pas de plat chaud, pain et viennoiseries industrielles, jus de fruits imbuvable et café lyophilisé d'un autre temps.

Bel hôtel emplacement parfait

Le personnel est très serviable et aimable Nous avions réservé une chambre pour 4 et on nous a donné un appartement pour plus de confort Notre séjour a de ce fait été parfait L'emplacement est à même pas 5 minutes du centre de Stresa

Die Zimmer waren sauber. Gut gelegen aber in die Jahren gekommenes Hotel. Frühstück geht so, Cappuccino vom Automat war ungeniesbar und der Espresso war auch nicht besser obwohl von der Küche. Personal war aber gut.

Hotell Meeting, Stresa

Fasaden på hotellet var pusset opp, men lobbyen, baren og frokostsalen var nokså umoderne. Rommene var ok, men vi savnet en liten kaffemaskin på rommet. Møblene på balkongen var gamle, og duken skitten. Takterrassen var et trist syn. Halvparten av solsengene var ødelagte og terrassen var møblert med gamle slitte plast møbler der. Ingen parasoller. Veldig synd, for denne kunne vært en perle. Renholdet på rommene var bra,. Personalet i resepsjonen var veldig hyggelige og hjelpsomme. Personalet i frokost salen var ikke ikke fullt så hyggelig. Vi har aldri vært på et hotell tidligere hvor vi ikke får bestemme hvor vi vil sitte og spise frokost. Frokosten var en skuffelse. Det var kun ost og skinke, og eggene var kokt i allefall 20 minutter. Ingen tomat, agurk eller eggerøre. Noen dager ble det spilt nokså høy 80-talls pop og disco til frokost. Hotellet hadde sykkelutleie, og syklene var bra.

Nous sommes une famille avec deux enfants de 7 et 10 ans. Nous passons par hôtels.com pour réserver pour nous 4 et le site nous propose une chambre mais sans y faire attention c est une chambre triple proposée pour 4 personnes. Merci le paramétrage du site hôtels.com... Arrivé à l hôtel, il refuse de nous donner notre chambre car nous sommes 4 et nous devons en réserver une autre. Nous appelons la hotline hôtels.com qui est incapable de nous aider apres plus d une heure de communication a ma charge a l etranger. Nous acceptons la chambre complémentaire car il est 21h et plus rien de disponible aux alentours. A notre retour, refus d hôtels de payer la chambre supplémentaire. Alors évitez ce site et cet hotel

Good location but not very comfortable.

The hotel has a great location and multi-lingual staff, which is great. The breakfast offering was simple and not very good. The sheets were very stiff and scratchy. It was hot and the a/c either didn’t work properly or was turned off at night. If you leave the windows open there are lots of mosquitos. The town is cute and the botanical garden and park were lovely. If you are on a budget and want to visit this town you might be ok here.

Newer book hotel Meeting Stresa!

Newer book hotel Meeting! I had a reservation but no room available. I had to go to some other building, the room was noisy (train), dirty and there were not a bed, just a soffa to sleep. No windows either. Horrible experience, the man in reception said this is the way how they manage. You book a room with balkony and hill wiew but they decide where to put you to sleep, no matter what a customer waits or what is promised.
