"I like that it's a very unique property with very spacious rooms. Theres plenty of room to breath and sleep, and some rooms have a full kitchen. Very accommodating and clean. The breakfast is very good and you get a lot of room space, clean washer and dryer, and not a lot of foot traffic."

"I went back and double-checked to make sure I hadn’t missed anything, because I honestly found it unbelievable that there was virtually no indication this property is under major construction. When I arrived, I genuinely questioned whether I was even at the correct hotel because there was no visible signage — it looked entirely like a construction site. The only thing identifying it was a small red sign mentioning a temporary front desk. The temporary entrance led to a makeshift reception area where an employee was eating dinner at the desk. He stopped to grab tissues to wipe his face before checking me in, which wasn’t exactly the best first impression. To be fair, the room itself was in decent condition, although the hallways were lined with plastic sheeting and clearly mid-remodel. I tried to overlook the situation until I attempted to relax for the evening. The TV turned on but didn’t function at all. The room phone also didn’t work beyond a dial tone, so I had to go back downstairs to ask for help. The employee offered to move me or troubleshoot the TV, but then mentioned none of the streaming services were working anyway because of the remodel. Since I was specifically looking forward to a quiet, kid-free evening to unwind with Netflix, that was incredibly disappointing. On top of that, the toilet continuously ran after flushing, and I ended up fixing it myself because I didn’t want maintenance in the room late at night. The final touch was the nonstop street racin"

"The room smelled very clean and the linens appeared clean. The floor was somewhat dirty and the furniture, baseboards, and bathroom counter had some stains and could use a deep cleaning. The shower pressure and temperature was great and everything worked great aside from the fridge, which was cool but not cold. I liked the self check-in and the security lock on the doors. Other visitors were quiet, but you can definitely hear the traffic sounds all night. Overall, the visit was okay and met my basic needs, but probably not something I'd want to return to. You get what you pay for."

"Great property if you enjoy a great view of Oyster Bay, The best shower pressure I've ever experienced with a bit of nostalgia thrown in. Don't let the original MOTEL sign scare you, it's part of the charm. Breakfast is very adequate and the staff are great. I would recommend this Inn/Motel/Hotel to a family member. Request the 3rd floor if available, the view will knock your socks off!"

"La habitación estaba sucia. Todos los muebles tenían bastante polvo. Ya en la ducha me doy cuenta que no había acondicionador. También, creo da muy mal aspecto que la tina esté oxidada. Además, había manchas en las sábanas, no sé si eran permanentes o de que eran esas manchas cafés. En la noche, encendí el televisor e intenté bajar el volumen pero no servía el botón de bajar el volumen, solo los otros. El desayuno es bastante básico. Y hay solo 2 tipos de frutas y están completas, no cortadas. Si quieres salir a la terraza, la puerta está muy dura para abrirse y está muy feo afuera."
