「The cabin we stayed in is basically a tiny home and it is quite uneven, the furnishings are extremely warn and nope in taking the cover off the water was so cloudy we passed. No host on sight either. The greatest thing about this place is the location and history now, i needs the care it deserves.」

「It's a very simple hotel, nothing too fancy, but the room was clean and warm, everything we needed was there. The self-checkin instructions were clear and timely. Nothing to complain about, we enjoyed our stay.」

「Toilet Paper Roll Bracket was not attached to the Bathroom Wall. Queen Bed was Terribly Soft and Very Difficult to get rest on. Refrigerator footing was off center and rocked when opened. Smoke Alarm next to Bathroom Door Blinked every ~ 10 Seconds or so 24/7 which made it difficult to sleep if you were facing it. Smoke Alarm above Queen Bed went Off in and around 12:00 A.M. Midnight when Heat was On warming Room up.」

「It was 11 o'clock in the evening, and someone on the 4th floor was constantly making loud noises and stomping on the floor, I live in 3 floor, I try to sleep, but it is hard because it is loud. I called the service desk twice, but the problem was not solved well. The most basic thing a good hotel should provide customers with a good rest. I have stayed here at least five times and was very disappointed this time.」

「The first room provided had a smoke smell. We had to take all are luggage back to the first floor front desk. We changed rooms. There is a swimming pool but in the Winter, we enjoy the spa but they didnt provide it. My son was cold so he wanted to take a bath but the water stopper was broken. Staff tried to fix it but she said tomorrow at 7 am people could come to fix it or we could change rooms again. We do not appreciate the service but we did not want to change rooms again. 「When I first arrived on property I noticed how clean the lobby was and even commented on how good it smelt. The staff at the front desk was very pleasant and helpful. The rooms have A view But the interesting part is To enjoy the view You have to open the blinds That look outside across the walkway leading in front of all the rooms. So anyone walking by can look directly in at you or you have to keep your blinds shut and have zero view. Your door to the room is accessed from the outside so for...
