Winter Home - Heated Pool and Spa Close to Beaches

Looking for your winter home in Florida? You've found it!!!

Our home has everything you'll need for a beautiful winter escape in a friendly Florida community. We love to cook, so our kitchen has all the dishes, utensils and small appliances you might need. We have pool floats, beach chairs, beach umbrella and towels for your use. We've decorated our home with artwork and photos from our adventures we hope you'll enjoy.

We are interested in finding minimum monthly guests who will love and care for our home as much as we do. This is our happy place!! Stays for more than one month will be prioritized.

Kitchen:
• Open kitchen and living area with large center island
• Pass-through window opens the kitchen to the outdoor pool and screened lanai area providing a bar seating area over the counter
• Lots of cooking and dining dishes, utensils and small appliances are provided as this is our home and we very much enjoy cooking
• Lots of pantry space so you can stock your kitchen for your stay
• Kitchen island and small dining table provide indoor seating
• There is lots of seating outside by the pool
• All marble counters and stainless-steel appliances
• Kitchen updated including custom handblown glass cabinet pulls

Pool, Spa, and Screened Lanai Area:
• Accessed through sliders from both the Kitchen and the Master Bedroom
• Lagoon-shaped salt-water pool approximately 35 by 22 feet and 4-5 feet deep
• Shallow end has a sunshelf for chairs/umbrella
• Steps into the pool extend from the sunshelf
• Oversized spa with waterfall into pool accommodates up to eight people comfortably with bench seating
• Spa has 6 jets positioned to perfectly hit those tight muscles. Hit the spa after golf for instant relaxation.
• Gas grill
• Plenty of lanai seating for entertaining your guests
o 4 person dining table with umbrella
o 5 person couch area around the propane fire pit with umbrella
o Bar stools at the kitchen pass-through window
o Cozy coffee nook chairs and table outside the Master bedroom slider door
o Chair by the spa

Living Area:
• Open to the Kitchen
• 65" smart TV with theater-like sound and basic cable
• Feel free to use your Netflix, Amazon, etc. streaming accounts for both the Living area and Master bedroom TVs
• Living area has colorful leather couch and chairs

Game Room:
• Dart board
• Arcade video game table (tons of video games including PacMan, Tetris, Space Invaders, and many I've never even heard of, it’s great fun 😊).
• Bar area

Bedrooms:
• Master bedroom
o King size Sleep Number bed
o Slider door to pool and lanai
o TV with Roku for streaming
o Private Master Bathroom with rain shower
o Walk-in closet
• Second Bedroom has a Queen memory foam bed
• Second bathroom is in hallway and has a shower/tub combination

Front porch with comfy rocking chairs and ceiling fan provides a beautiful shaded spot for morning coffee or afternoon cocktails.
Full-size Washer and Dryer are provided in the garage. Garage contains owner tools and supplies.
Herb garden will be started by us, if you would like to maintain it for fresh herbs.
Backyard is fully enclosed by a privacy fence.
Entire house is tile flooring and each room has a ceiling fan.
There is room in the driveway for a small boat on a trailer.

Rocky Point peninsula neighborhood is great for bike riding as there is very little traffic even on the main roads. Bike rides can easily be extended into neighboring communities on the south side of Horseshoe Point Road.

Nearby Beaches:
• Stuart Beach has lots of parking, restrooms and food concessions
• Bathtub Reef Beach is a nice calm beach with good parking
• Martin County is great for providing lots of beach access locations
• Jensen Beach Park, a little further north, has lots of parking and restrooms too

Town/Restaurant Areas:
• Stuart downtown has such a cute historic downtown and is a main attraction in the area. It has a great restaurant scene with awesome happy hours and lots of shopping. The historic Lyric Theater has lots of live performances. On Sunday afternoons, there are free live concerts on the waterfront stage. There is a small city dock if you want to run your boat up the St Lucie River.
• Port Salerno is right around the corner from our home with great waterfront restaurants, all with dockage for access by boat.
• Jensen Beach downtown area provides a nice walking area with restaurants.
• Hobe Sound is a small historic community with fun restaurants about 20 minutes south of us.

Public Boat Ramps within a 10 Minute Drive:
• Sandsprit Park has multiple ramps and lots of parking
• Owen K Murphy at the top of Manatee Pocket is a single ramp with some parking

Parks within Walking Distance:
• Maggy's Hammock is a 5 minute walk and has a nice shaded walking trail and playground with pavilion and picnic tables
• Twin Rivers Park is about a mile walk to the north end of the peninsula of Rocky Point and has great water views and fishing piers and has restrooms

Parks within a short drive:
• Cove Road Park is a small beach on the Intracoastal Waterway which can be reached by bike. You could also put in a kayak here
• Jimmy Graham Park is about a 15 minute drive and has a boat ramp. It is a good place to put in a kayak to access Peck Lake where you can beach the kayak and take a short walk over the island to the ocean
• Halpatiokee Park has tennis courts, soccer & baseball fields, a disc golf course & rink and is surrounded by wetlands with walking trails.
• Jonathan Dickinson State Park is huge and has so many things to offer walking, biking, kayaking, etc.
• There are so many wonderful outdoor resources to discover in the area

Of course, the area has countless nearby wonderful public and private golf courses!!!

Three 20-pound propane tanks are provided for fire pit and grill, with the third as a spare. All three tanks will be full for guest arrival. Guest is responsible for filling all propane tanks before departure.

Pool heater is fueled by propane from an in-ground tank. In-ground tank will be provided full upon arrival, guest is responsible for propane costs for in-ground propane tank during you stay and refill upon departure. Propane can be expensive if you plan to heat the whole pool. If the hot tub is heated for each use, it uses less propane.

Cleaning Fee will be $200.00 per month. Cleaning may be conducted during your stay.
