Das Abendessen ala card war nicht gut ausgewählt! Der tofu hat sehr fad geschmeckt Das schnitzel und die pommes haben im Fett getrieft, hätte man vorher abtropfen lassen können… Die getränke Preise für mich zuhoch. Das personal wirklich sehr freundlich und höflich, sehr entgegenkommend…..

Zimmer sehr klein und eng! Kühlschrank und Klimaanlage fehlen! Was eigentlich sehr wichtig wäre, wo die Sommertage immer heisser werden! Bei Babys und Kinder ist Kühlschrank sehr sehr wichtig!

Hotel top: Schöne Zimmer mit moderner Ausstattung, super Wellnessbereich (3 Saunen) mit Dachterrasse, Tischtennis, Kegelbahn, Garten, direkt am See Personal leider flop: wenig Interesse am Gast, alle Infos müssen nachdrücklich erfragt werden (z. B. mögliche Aktivitäten mit der Urlaubsbox, Essenszeiten, Öffnungszeiten des Wellnessbereichs, Genusscard) kein "Guten Morgen", kein "Hallo, Willkommen", kein "Guten Abend", keine Freundlichkeit -> ist man von JUFA einfach anders gewöhnt - sonst meist sehr herzlich
