「Hosts are so helpful, knowledgeable, flexible. Quick drive to town and theatres. Breakfast was delicious, presented beautifully, and plentiful. The hosts packed part of my breakfast for early departure the last day.」Susanna

「Did not like having to park several blocks away on a chilly evening. As advertised, we had the option of valet parking, but it seemed like it would take more time to engage than walking. It was only one night so luggage was not onerous. There was confusion for us around where the entrance to the suite was - back, front was not obvious and the actual street entrance was not well marked. There was a nasty musty, mouldy smell in the entrance hallway that continued into the suite. Although nicely...Amelia

「The bathroom was grim in terms of cleanliness. I did report this to the front desk and was told that maintenance and housekeeping would get on it for the next guests. Sheesh! Really - the next guests?? Granted we should have reported it right away but hoped it was just something that had been missed initially and would be taken care of.
Otherwise the room itself was spacious and clean. We had a room overlooking the parking lot and it was very quiet. Breakfast was delicious, although...Betty-Ann

「I stayed there with my daughter. It was fabulous that we both had our own space. It is a busy location so it was a little louder in the evening but with the fan being turned on I was able to block it out and sleep without issue」Lindsay

「The room was clean, and the staff was helpful - but the space itself was like a boarding house. Not at all in keeping with what one would expect for 2026. I booked the room thinking I was paying in Canadian dollars at $235/night- and was shocked by that price when I saw it in person. BUT: When I learned a few days later that it was $235 USD - $344.90 CAD - I was livid. No place that looks like this has any right to charge almost $350 per night. I would totally encourage you stay there if...Carly

「There needs to be a little more attention to detail. The water pressure in the shower was minimal which logically may have been a good thing because the drain was VERY slow. Water was six inches deep after a normal shower. The standing water may have influenced the stained shower curtain.
The coffee machine…. Not sure what to say about it.
The heating/airconditioning unit worked but was obviously dated.
It was an okay standard “motel” room. Certainly not what I expected for the price.」jean lewis
