New waterfront home ready for your next family vacation! Just bring your food and clothes. Amenities include a fully-equipped kitchen, including a gas stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, etc...

The home also features a gas fireplace, wireless network, Roku TV with hundreds of movies for free. There is a laundry room, a bonus room with queen beds, and a TV/DVD for the kids. There is a lovely swimming pond with a beach, fire pit, charcoal grill, and 185' boat dock on the bayside. Walk or bike to downtown Sturgeon Bay, Portage Park on lake Michigan.

We had an amazing 5 day stay at this property, Bill the property manager was there when we arrived & lived close by to the home and responded immediately to any questions or issues we had. The "pond" was the biggest hit with the kids, they loved swimming, fishing, kayaking, etc., & the home itself was large enough to accommodate our family. We would absolutely stay at this property again! So much to do in the Door County area is another bonus to this location!!

William was very helpful! He came over quickly to help with issues such as the air conditioning and broken door handle. He even delivered fire wood for the fire pit! We would love to stay again and try William's half of the duplex! He was great to work with!

This was the perfect stay for our family. Bill was amazing! He was friendly and available. He was also really helpful in terms of activities for the kids. He took us out for the fireworks on his boat, and it was absolutely amazing. The house and property are in perfect location with plenty to do and plenty of space. We recommend this house for a fantastic summer getaway.

This is not a good area for fishing and not ideal for tubing or skiing due to large boats going through the channel to Lake Michigan. To get to the best fishing you need to go through about 2 miles of no wake area through the town. Also the swimming pond had blue die in it which was a little concerning. There were some repairs and replacements needed which in my opinion should not be the case for a rental charging as much per night as this one did. All that being said, we did enjoy the property and had a good time as a family.

Beautiful well placed on water. Swimming pond with fish to catch and release. Lots of amenities. We had 4 individuals that were on a work vacation. The internet was practically non existent making it difficult to work remotely.

This was an amazing weekend for my wife, family, friends and I. We had a 60 guest wedding in the property backyard. The location and property are perfect for a small wedding venue. The property owner/manager Bill was amazing. I can't say enough!

We absolutely loved our visit. The house was very spacious and had everything we needed. The properties location was so beautiful with the bay behind the house, and the pond in front. The pond provided a perfect place to swim/ float. The homes owner was so kind and helpful. He even took us out for a pontoon afternoon. Excellent!!

This is a perfect location for a large family get together. The pond on the property was wonderful for swimming and fishing which was enjoyed by both children and adults. Bill is an outstanding host, all you had to do was ask and he would accommodate your request. He was available if you needed something but not intrusive in anyway. This is the perfect spot and the gateway to Door County!

We had a lovely stay - great location and amenities...especially for our kids (age range 4-10). They especially enjoyed the swimming pond and playing football and frisbee on the giant lawn! The lakefront was very peaceful - we loved paddle boarding and kayaking and watching the big boats pass by! Special thanks to Bill for being a very responsive host!

We had an AWESOME time!!! The property was beautiful and VERY clean!!!! Bill was AMAZING, he suggested great places to eat in town and was always there if we had questions or needed anything!!!! I can't begin to describe the wonderful time we had. The home is impeccably clean inside and out. The living space is huge, there was room to play board games, watch soccer and dance! The kitchen area was well stocked and the dining room seated all eight of us comfortably with room for more at the island. The patio was a delight it was wildly entertaining to see the variety of boats passing by on the water. The pond in the back was a complete bonus, we sat in the sun, enjoyed the kayaks and little boat. Seriously something for each of us. There is a grill, readily available and a fire pit where we closed a few of our nights, there is wood for purchase from the property manager. It was awesome to have Bill nearby, it has saddened me with the popularity of VRBO that the home manager sends you a code to your stay and then you don't meet them at all. So it was a nice surprise to meet Bill and get his feedback about the wonderful uniqueness of Door county. All of the people we encountered were super hospitable at the restaurants, the shops and pubs. We had a great time in Door county and returning to the property after our adventures was like a dream.
