I could get a hold of them through the phone if there was an emergency but it better be a real emergency because he was going to be pissed if it wasn't. The breakfast wasn't good. 「Just a bread and butter room, small and basic. But it was clean and comfortable and served its purpose. We were satisfied. Once it gets late, there’s nowhere to get ice nearby. 「We chose this hotel because we wanted to stay at a nicer hotel in town. However, in our shower, a razor was left in the soap dish, and there were hairs and some unknown substance on the shower wall. This lack of attention to cleanliness is not acceptable for the price of this hotel stay. We will not return to this hotel. However, the host that helped us park our car was incredibly friendly and helpful. He has excellent in customer service and that should be be commended.」

「Check-in is difficult at best as it is between 4 pm to 6 pm and after that you would be provided additional instructions because they are closed. She was not pleasant and all business. I think if you wanted to check-in before 4 pm there is a $50 charge. A $4 charge for a bag ice. There are too many rules and charges 🙄.
