Lovely Stay
I was pleasantly surprised by my stay. The hotel is clearly quite new, however it is still very clean. I heard no noise from the street or hotel, as you can often here the next room in hotels like this. Breakfast was pleasant. All parts of the hotel were very clean and all staff very friendly. Great local position.

I have been to this hotel several times because it is the only one always available in Waiblingen. However, I would not recommend it. They are lying on their site about the parking and parking prices. The hotel does not have it’s own parking, there is a public parking nearby and the hotel offers tickets for getting out for a price of 12 euros each ticket, and not per day as is mentioned on their site. Besides that, their elevators are always out of service, so prepare to carry your luggage on stairs.

Dear Mrs. Alexe, with consternation we read your feedback, wich is not correct and unjustified: since you already recommend, parking is in the public places (your example "Parkhaus Volksbank"), no own parking garage from the hotel. Every Guest there is charged with 12 (actually) per 24hours (payment at the parking meter by the guest itself). A Parking ticket from the hotel, wich is an exit ticket, is always 12 (actually), no matter how long you are parking there: 1 hour or 2 days. We get charged by the operator of the public parking lot for each ticket with this amount. This we do explain every guest at check in, and also we did to you at check out 21.04.2023, when we also took care of 3 of your exit tickets. Also, we did explain this to you again at check in, 21.06.2023. You did answer to this explanation, that you dont mind. You are the first guest ever, complaining about parking. So we have to disagree to you to call us liars. The elevators have been out of order for one day, for wich we apologize. Unfortunatelly since this is a technical issue, we can not influence, but we always give our best to solve and fix problems as fast as possible. And so we did. The hotel itself has a very modern and pleasing décor. Very comfortable beds and good bathroom. The cons are that the rooms are just too small and suitable mainly for single travellers. Most of the room space is taken up by the bed(s). The breakfast buffet was adequate, but nothing special compared to many other German hotels.

Poor Reception
You hardly find someone in reception to assist you. Always, only once person at a time available in reception who is handling both, the guests checking in/Checking out and attending people setting in the bar.

Can’t go wrong
For a meeting in Waiblingen ideal. Just make sure you keep your windows shut as it was very noise in the morning.

New Hotel so good
All good, we didnt know where the parking was so asked reception, she pointed to the parking garage next to the hotel.we parked there and asked if it was inlcuded in the stay whihc she said YES however on checkout next morning we were asked to pay 12 euros, everything else was good. The choice of breakfast the next morning was acceptable

RUBBISH MANAGEMENT. TURNED UP TO FIND THEY DID NOT HAVE A ROOM FOR ME!!! I HAD TO DRIVE FOR 90 MINUTES INTO CENTRAL STUTTGART TO STAY IN THE HOTEL THEY FOUND FOR ME. I WAS CHARGED £18 TO PARK MY CAR. WILL AVOID STAYING HERE FOR SURE AND WILL FIND A HOTEL THAT ACTUALLY HAS A ROOM FOR ITS PRE-BOOKED IN AND CONFIRMED GUESTS OF HOTELS.COM

Really nice hotel in a nice area.. About 15 minutes walk from the train station but local buses are frequent if you don't fancy the walk. Room was big. Bed comfy. Shower in the morning only luke warm. Nice bathroom. Breakfast good but not brilliant..

Die Lage war perfekt Personal sehr freundlich und das Frühstück sehr gut. Die Nachtischlampe an meinem Bett hat gefehlt. Schade, dass nur eine Sitzgelegenheit im Zimmer vorhanden ist. Ein Restaurant ist nicht vorhanden, nur in der Bar gibt es Imbiss.
