A good choise if you are in Stuttgart for few days

Very good standard hotel in walking distance from Stuttgart city centre and close to the U-bahn. Nice room, good breakfast buffet and service.

Raucherzimmer

Einen grossen Mangelpunkt gibt es. Wir hatten ein Nichtraucherzimmer gebucht. Wir wurden in einen Raucherzimmer einquartiert. Schade In diesem Zimmer wurde vermutlich schon länger nicht mehr geraucht. Es riechte nicht mehr allzu fest nach Rauch. Bar: Zuwenig Personal. Die Gäste haben sich genervt. Aber sonst ganz ok.

Das Hotel war sehr sauber und

Das Hotel war sehr sauber und das Personal an der Reception sehr höflich sowie aufmerksam. Es liegt unweit von einem U-Bahn-Stadion. Der Preis für die Tiefgarage ist korrekt. Die Zimmer sind klein. Das zweite Zweibettzimmer besteht aus einem 90 x 200 cm Bett und einem Rollbett!

Das Hotel war einfach Spitze

Das City Center is ein sehr schönes und gut liegendes Hotel in der Stadt Stuttgart! Gutes Frühstück und sehr nettes Personal! Bei meiner nächsten Stuttgart Reise ist das garantiert wieder mein Hotel! Sehr empfehlenswert!!!!

Leider wird die direkte Umgebung von einer riesigen Baustelle beherrscht

Gutes Hotel. Zimmer sauber und zweckmäßig. Aufs Frühstück haben wir verzichtet, weil einfach zu teuer. Trotzdem gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Thinking about the location and

Thinking about the location and the access to the Hbf and city center it is one of the best choices you can have. The room was quite and sound proof as it was in the backside avoiding the traffic and the train noise.The price of the breakfast and the internet was extremely expensive, so I did not make any use. There are other solutions which anyone can have in a very reasonable price elsewhere out. The room rates at the period I was in Stuttgart was very high as the summer festival takes place and a lot of visitors are searching for a hotel. Definitely I would choose it again if I visited Stuttgart again.

Sehr schönes Hotel, zentral

Wir waren nur eine Nacht dort, aber man kann hier sicherlich auch mehrere Tage lang eine schöne Zeit verbringen. Man ist sehr schnell im Zentrum, 10 min. zu Fuß oder mit der U-Bahn noch schneller. Service war sehr gut, auch das Frühstück war super - unbedingt mit buchen !!! Das einzige, was ich bemängeln würde, war das Parken in der Hotel-Tiefgarage. Da mussten wir nämlich für einen Tag 10 € zahlen, aber gut, wir hätten ja einfach vorher fragen können.

I think its perfect

Best part: They have air conditioning. This is very much required in the July (at least Jul 2010). Without air-conditioning, the windows will have to be kept open for the "cool" air and it is so noisy. Worst part: No free internet. Even for A-club members. There is one very slow computer in the lobby that has internet but that was it. Charge is either 9 euros/day or there is a 3 euros/hour. I used the second one and it was fast enough for a video chat. Good parts: Staff is friendly and know good English. The room including the bathroom was maintained in an excellent condition. The hotel is close to Stuttgart city center (Stuttgart Hbf). Actually it is closer to a station called Turlenstrasse from where it is easier to go to the Hbf through a train rather than the 1km direct walk from the hotel to the hbf. Bad parts: No fridge inside room. Bad for people who want to have their water/drinks slightly cold. No iron box which I found missing as I was going to attend a conference My hotel stay was restricted to the nights and the early mornings and I was out the rest of the day. I didnt book with the breakfast and it was around 17 euros. (I had a decent breakfast at a nearby bakery for around 4 or 5 euros).

Schönes Hotel in Nähe der Innenstadt.

Sehr freundliches Personal, top-service und schöne praktische zimmer in sehr gutem zustand.die nächste u-bahn station ist innerhalb von 3 min zu fuss erreichbar und die nachtbusse halten direkt vor dem hotel. desweiteren gab es ein umfangreiches frühstücks-buffet.

Hotel prima für kurzen Städtetrip

Das Hotel liegt relativ nah am Hauptbahnhof, nur für die U-Bahnstation muss man ein wenig laufen, wenn man sich die kurze Taxi-Fahrt sparen will.

Das Mercure Stuttgart City Center liegt nehe dem Stadtzentrum. Es ist ein gut geführtes, sauberes Bussines-Hotel, das an Wochenenden und Feiertagen auch sehr gut für Ausflüge, auch mit Kindern, geeignet ist.

Hotel bien pour sortir au centre ville.

Bon hotel, prix correct, bien pour les sorties au centre ville, même à pied, environ 15 mn de marche. Un seul souci, la reception voulait nous faire payer le petit déjeuner qui était compris dans l'offre expédia.

For the price the facilities and

For the price the facilities and service were very poor. Very few facilities in the bathroom, non smoking room smelled of smoke, with an ash tray! washing not delivered to room, internet too expensive, breakfast etc way too expensive, coffee machine didn't work.

too far away from center. 15 minutes

too far away from center. 15 minutes fast walk to the train station (not a nice walk along a 4 lanes traffic) Too far away from closest bus/metro stop (10minutes fast walk to the metro (same 4 lanes) So, only accessible (practically) by car. Honestly does not deserve the "city center" name. With that exception. it is a classic Mercure. nice rooms, nice people, nice food and all clean.
