"Huge, clean room with a great view of the city and mountains. The lights at night were particularly beautiful. Delicious breakfast in the morning that had a good amount of local dishes that shouldn’t be missed. Quick Uber ride to Luodong Night Market that has to be a stop during your time here. Loved the hotel. Will definitely stay again when I come back to Yilan. "

"Room interiors are dated and poorly maintained, mildew all around the sunken onsen tub. Wifi in room kept dropping and was difficult to establish a connection. Staff service across the entire hotel was the worst! Front desk staff refuses to explain any of the activities available for guests when asked, shoved the program sheet at me told me to read myself instead. "Very homely minsu with a superb breakfast the traditional Taiwanese way. Room was big and comfortable with fabulous sheets- bed size was king size for us in the quadruple room. We stayed for 5 nights and used it as a base for travelling around Yilan.The lobby was as well comfortable with an indoor playground with ball pits for kids. "Lin is a very friendly front office worker (owner), who speaks excellent English and gave a detailed welcome tour of the cold spring. Lin also provides extra towels and a pillow as requested. The hotel floors are brand new and rooms have good AC. The cold spring bath was clean and we really enjoyed it. Amazing value too!"
