Additionally, what we refer to as the `second bedroom` is not a separate room on its own. Access to the bathroom is located within this second space, requiring you to pass through it to reach either the bathroom or the bedroom. Need extra sleeping space? Our sofa seamlessly converts into a trundle bed, ensuring everyone finds their perfect spot to unwind.

You can use your car to access any of the local areas, there is also mountain transit and Uber. If you are feeling adventurous there are many trails and mountain biking nearby.

Driveway is U-shaped, typically pull in on either side.
No smoking allowed indoors

Please remove your shoes in the house

The loft can be used for lounging and reading please do not allow children unsupervised and use ladder at own risk.

Please keep the noise down after 9pm as courtesy to our neighbors

Only guests on the original booking permitted

Pick up after your pets. There are bags left for your convenience. A charge will apply for anything left behind.

Take all trash with you when you leave. The address to the local dump is located in the pink binder. There is a small fee to dispose.
You will be charged minimum $50 if any trash is left behind.

Turn thermostat to 55 at check out

Remove ash from fireplace at checkout, make sure it has cooled and is properly disposed.

WINTER NOTES
We do come across unpredictable weather. In the colder months you can expect, snow, rain and lots of ice. Please plan accordingly. Carry chains with you at all times. The main roads will be cleared by the city. We will do our best to salt and clear the pathway and parking area however plowing service is not available until the storms have subsided. We do provide a snow shovel if needed. Please be careful when walking on the deck, up the stairs and throughout the exterior of the property. The snow can freeze overnight causing black ice and it is very slippery. Hold on to the handrails and walk slowly.

Lastly, we ask kindly that you take care of the cabin as your own.
