"This place is amazing, not 1 fault could i find on my stay. The cabins are spacious extremely clean & have everything you need in the kitchen. The grounds are beautifully kept, the pools are lovely, clean & relaxing. The staff, each & everyone of them are amazing, so polite & always there to help with a smile. We will definitely be returning. "

"Power went out. Called for assistance, when finally got hold of person she was rude and made accusations that she would not elaborate on and were completely wrong. There was noise disturbance adjacent to the apartment with woman knocking and shouting on doors late at night.The person "assisting" with power outage would not believe that the electrician number was not in book, was arrogant and slow in responding. After a few hours she finally contacted her electrician, and he came out only to find fuse books not accessible and behind the locked door. Went without power until late the following day when electrician came back to cut the lock on door to access power box. Went without power for 24 hours with food in fridge, no AC, no boiling water etc."

"Had a self contained ground floor room near pool. Great size fridge. Very quiet. Great view of pool area. Ideal for us. Customer service was excellent. Loved it. "
