「Good place to stay」

He said they did not have the appropriate paperwork (C form) for international check in, so I should cancel the room with my booking agent. This was not what I expected, and I was supposed to meet friends and have dinner shortly, but instead, I had to cancel the room, find another hotel and a taxi, all while the hotel staff hid in the...

「We had to request a room change - as the earlier allocated was dirty. New room required clean bedsheets and sofa in room had a stain. Overall experience was okay staff were helpful but hotel..」

「Clean room, a little small, but ok, nice shower, very nice and helpfull staff, good food, nice roof top restaurant & bar. Market with nice shops (books, fine clothes & computer) and small restaurants nearby. Quiet and spacefull places under huge baniantrees with lots of birds & squirls...」

Quick response time for any specific room service or a request.Breakfast had all the variations ranging from continental, mediterranean, north indian to basic oats khichdi with desi ghee!(very useful for elderly and kids). Being located in the most significant, sector 17, does presents ample options to shop and explore this beautiful city. Needless to say, one of my best stays with family and...

「They forgot my welcome drink」

「All good 」

「Good breakfast spread. Room needs some maintenance. Close to Elante mall. The wait staff at the restaurant purple mango (their restaurant) was helpful. Overall a good property at a good location but in need of preventive maintenance. 」

「We booked our stay of 2 days before and after our trip to Manali. Bothe times the rooms were not up to the standard of a 4* hotel. Poorly maintained and shabby. Staff reluctant to change room or help. Very disappointed.」

「At midnight when we reach the Hotel, the Hotel denied us to give the room stating all rooms are full, they moved us to another Hotel which was more terrible after a wait of more than hour, we finally got checked in around 2AM in the night with family, this was most horrible experience」

「Nice and clean place, helpful staff.」
