“Beautiful place with all of the amenities and cleanliness. ”

“A very well/maintained place, every aspect thought out, very clean. The only problem was that there was no place to park when we arrived at midnight. ”

“The condo was perfect, just what we were looking for. Vacasa is the management firm and they are very difficult to work with. They gave us the wrong door code to begin with so after trying to open the door in the freezing cold with children at night we had to go back to the car and wait on hold to get in touch with vacasa to eventually get the right code. The condo comes with two parking passes but we had a third card as the condo accomodates 10 people. I asked vacasa where a 3rd car could park……

“Our communication with Portoro Homes was excellent from the day we booked until the day we departed. They were clear and concise in all aspects of the registration process to checking in & departure specifics. And we appreciated their availability 24/7 while we were in the rental. The rental was clean and well supplied. The furniture was comfortable and the beds were in excellent condition. Parking was so easy, right outside the rental.”

“The condo was lovely, clean, and well appointed. The grounds are beautiful. I would reccomend this listing for anyone who seeks an upscale rental. One caveat: for some reason,despite the hefty price of the rental, they are stingy with toilet paper, only 1/2 a roll. While I did take their advice and bring my own, it seemed inhospitable that for a 2 night stay, they could not have provided an extra roll like a good hotel. ”

“Winterplace is a convenient area for a ski-on ski-off vacation - the proximity of our condo to the top of Quads A & B simply spoiled us! And speaking of spoiling us, I realize travel with your family rarely goes off without some hiccups, which makes customer service paramount in ensuring a stress free vacation. To that end, Alyson was a pleasure to work with and gets A marks because she was very responsive, understanding, helpful (above and beyond), comminicative, and friendly. Thanks, Alyson!”

“Beds were comfortable and condo was overall clean. TV’s in both bedrooms were not operational. If they were there were no instructions on how to work them. The TV in the main bedroom would not turn on even after replacing the batteries in the remotes. ”
