"The good: Great location- right on a beautiful lake. The host provides access to boats. Kim is very helpful, and easy to reach. The house is in a nice little community- good place to relax with family/friends, hike, boat, etc. The appliances seemed to be working fine. There was hot water. The not so good: The property is very old with a weird layout. There is unsecured storage area in one side of the property. Everything in the house is very dated.
