"Worst experience I have had in my entire life. I am a Hospitality by profession and have never had Such an Experience before. I had a GUARANTEED booking by Hotel.com. I arrived to the Hotel at around 2330 with my wife and 3 kids to find that I had no reservation. The Hotel is located between mountains, no city around and not even road lights. "Clean, comfortable bed. Thats it. Was made to feel very unwelcome. No lights for first two flights of stairs then censers on the rest that turned off immediately leaving you in the dark fumbling with keys and luggage. Paper thin walls, could hear the next room flush and showering. Had one missing curtain (told the proprietor but was told no problem no one could see when I told him yes problem, just got a lot of shouting in turkish and nothing done) and a useless blind.
