PROPERTY DETAILS: 3 bedroom – queen, queen, 2 single; Sleeps 6. BYO all linen - pillows and quilts provided OR optional linen hire. R/C airconditioning. Outdoor blinds on deck and 'Duo' night and day blinds in main bedroom +TV/DVD in 2 main bedrooms- both with slot at the side of TV to insert DVD's. In Lounge area TV with DVD and CD/Radio player, kids games box in cupboard in bedroom (includes puzzles + cricket bats and ball etc.) Large 4 burner BBQ on front deck overlooking beach and water. Bathroom with shower, toilet and heated towel rails (no bath). Off street parking – room for car and boat, Mooring out front. New modern kitchen has quality saucepans, cutlery and crockery. Microwave, underbench electric oven and gas cooktop, and large fridge/freezer. Automatic Front Load washing machine, clothes dryer and retractable clothes line

DIRECTIONS: Once in Edithburgh, follow Blanche St which turns into Sultana Point Rd. Follow coastline road and shack numbers to 53.

Delightful beach house

The house is beautifully set up with everything you need for a relaxing break beside the sea. The beach is so lovely and the children were well entertained. The weather was perfect but the house was equally set up well for a rainy day. We’ll be back.
